General use
How do I register?
Fill in the short registration form on the home page or on the Create Account page. You only need your name, email address and phone number. Once it is submitted your account is created, and an account manager calls you, normally within 24 hours, to go through the next steps.
What do I need to get started?
You need a device with internet access, an email address, a phone number and an amount you are comfortable investing, from CA$250. Identity documents are requested during verification, and an account at a supported exchange is needed if you want to connect through an API key.
Do I need trading experience?
No. The platform is designed so that a complete beginner can get going with the help of an account manager. That said, having no experience does not mean having no risk, so we recommend reading the Crypto basics and Risk disclosure pages before you deposit.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. The website and dashboard are built to work in a mobile browser, and alerts can be delivered by email or push notification. You can check reports, pause a strategy or request a withdrawal from your phone.
Fees and results
What does it cost to use the platform?
There is no monthly or account fee. A trading commission of up to 0.58% per transaction applies, together with the spread and any third-party costs. They are all listed in tables on the Fees and pricing page and shown before you confirm a transaction.
Where can I see my fees?
On the Fees and pricing page for the full schedule, and in your dashboard history, where every action is listed with its cost. If a line looks unexpected, your account manager can walk through it with you.
Is profit guaranteed?
No. Nobody can guarantee profit in the markets, and we do not. Results depend on market conditions, your settings and chance, and past results are not a reliable guide to what happens next. Reviews on our site are individual opinions, not predictions.
Platform features
What does the platform do automatically?
It scans the markets continuously, applies probability-based analysis to find micro-trends and carries out the strategies you have enabled within the limits you set. It also produces reports and sends alerts, so you do not need to watch charts all day.
Can I choose which features to use?
Yes. You can run ready-made strategies, adjust them or build your own settings, and you can switch alerts and individual features on or off at any time. Nothing is forced on you.
What are the notifications for?
They tell you about pauses, connection problems, unusual market conditions, sign-ins from new devices and daily or weekly reports. You choose the channel and how often they arrive.
Risks
Can I lose money?
Yes. Crypto assets can fall sharply and you can lose part or all of the money you invest. Only use money you can afford to lose, and never borrow to fund an account.
What does the platform do in volatile markets?
When conditions become unusually unstable, the system can pause trading. This is a protective measure and not a guarantee against loss, because prices can still move before a pause takes effect.
Can risk be removed completely?
No. Risk can be understood and limited through position size, diversification and sensible settings, but it cannot be eliminated. The Risk disclosure page lists the main kinds of risk and what you can do about each.
Security and account
How is my account protected?
With two-factor sign-in, encryption of data, login alerts, session control, API keys with restricted rights and an audit history. The Security page describes each control and how to switch it on.
Who holds my funds?
Funds are held with the exchange or payment provider you use, not by this website. You keep control of your exchange account and can disconnect the platform at any time by deleting the API key.
What should I do if I lose access?
Use the recovery route on the sign-in page, or write to support. Recovery involves identity checks, so allow some time, and keep your registered email address and phone number current so that we can reach you.
Help and support
How do I contact support?
By email through the address on the Contact page, or through your account manager. Support is available 24/7, and email replies normally arrive within one business hour.
What if something is set up wrongly?
Pause the strategy from the dashboard and contact support. They can review the history, explain what happened and help you correct the settings.
What if I do not understand a feature?
Ask your account manager, or read the Getting started guide. Understanding a setting before you use it is exactly what we want, and there are no silly questions.
Deposits and withdrawals
Which payment methods can I use?
Interac e-Transfer, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay for deposits, with withdrawals through the same channels or by bank transfer. The methods page lists fees and timings.
How long does a withdrawal take?
Interac e-Transfer and PayPal are normally completed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfers take 1 to 3 business days and cards take 1 to 5 business days.
