Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Coin Trade 1000 website and platform. Coin Trade 1000 is an information and technology platform. Transactions are concluded with the licensed entities and exchange providers that you connect, not with this website.

Effective from the date of publication of this version.

1. Using the website and services

You may use the website and the platform for lawful, personal purposes if you are at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You agree to give accurate information when registering and to keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

The site provides tools, analysis and information. It does not provide personal investment, legal or tax advice, and what you see should not be treated as a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

2. Restrictions

You may not use the services in a way that breaks the law, that infringes another person's rights, or that damages or overloads the platform. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer our software, and you may not use automated means to harvest data from the site beyond the features we provide for you.

3. Promotional materials and mailings

If you agree, we may send you updates, educational material and offers. Every message includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also change your preferences in your account. Service messages about your account, security and legal changes will still be sent, because they are necessary.

4. Intellectual property

The site, its design, text, software, logos and data are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, personal right to use the platform. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any of it to you.

5. Privacy

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using the services you acknowledge that policy.

6. Links to other sites

The website may link to exchanges, payment providers and other third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, security or practices. Reading their terms before you use them is your responsibility.

7. Prohibited use

  • Violating applicable law, including money laundering, fraud or sanctions evasion.
  • Sending spam, malware or unsolicited promotional content through our channels.
  • Attacking, probing or interfering with our infrastructure or other users.
  • Infringing intellectual property rights.
  • Impersonating another person, or using another person's account or identity.

8. Support

Support is available through the contact details on the Contact page. We will make reasonable efforts to answer promptly, but support does not constitute investment advice and does not create a duty to monitor your account.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The services and the information are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or complete, or that any analysis, signal or strategy will be profitable. Trading carries risk, and past results do not guarantee future results.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, for loss of profit, or for losses arising from market movements, third-party failures, service interruptions or your decisions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to compensate us for losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your breach of law or your misuse of the services, to the extent permitted by law.

By continuing to use the services you confirm that you understand that trading crypto assets carries a high level of risk, that nothing on the site is a promise of profit and that you are responsible for your own decisions. These terms should be read together with the Risk disclosure and the Fees and pricing page, which form part of the information you rely on.

We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it is being used in breach of these terms or the law, or where we are required to do so. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you the chance to respond, and we will return funds that belong to you in line with the Withdrawal policy.

Accounts and eligibility

One person may hold one account. You may not transfer your account to someone else or allow another person to use it. You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where the services may lawfully be offered, and you confirm that the information you gave at registration is true and that you will keep it up to date.

12. Other provisions and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If part of the terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. We may change the terms from time to time. Changes take effect when the updated version is published on this page, and continued use after that means you accept them.
