Fraud warning
Coin Trade 1000 takes every report and suspicion of fraudulent activity very seriously. From time to time we identify companies that use our name, or names confusingly similar to ours, without permission. This can confuse people and spread incorrect information about us and our services.
Why we publish this warning
Cloned and impersonating websites are one of the most common ways people lose money online. They copy a real company's name, logo, text and sometimes its address, then ask for deposits, "fees" or remote access to a device. We publish this notice so that you can check who you are dealing with before you share personal data or send money.
Cloned companies
If you believe you are dealing with a company that is cloning our brand, name or logo, we recommend that you do not share personal information and that you let us know straight away by email at [email protected].
We work continuously to identify clone companies, but some of them may remain unidentified for a period. Clients should always verify the legitimacy of the companies they interact with online before sharing personal data or starting any business relationship.
What the genuine Coin Trade 1000 will never do
- Ask for your password, a one-time code or an API secret.
- Ask you to install remote-access software on your device.
- Ask you to send crypto or money to a personal account or a wallet address in a chat.
- Contact you out of the blue to pressure you into a deposit.
- Promise guaranteed profit or a fixed return.
How to check
Our website is cointrade1000.org. Our only support email address is [email protected]. Check the spelling of the domain carefully, because clones often differ by a single letter. If you have an account, genuine emails can carry the security code you set in your profile.
Our responsibility
We are aware of cases where our name and personal information have been misused for fraudulent purposes, which we cannot influence or control. While we deeply regret the financial losses suffered by anyone who has experienced such loss, our company is not liable for any fraudulent transactions carried out in our name by others.
If you think you have already been affected, contact your bank or card issuer immediately, report the incident to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre and to your local police, and then tell us so that we can take action against the impersonator.
